What can I customize Pet Tech Marketing products?
Your name/PTI#, contact information, and Pet Tech profile page so pet parents can easily connect with you to sign up for classes.
Why can’t I customize anything, but my contact information?
In short, to keep our branding consistent. Think of your favorite restaurant chain that is nationwide. Whether you eat there in your home town or travel across the country, you expect the same quality and service. We want to do the same with our branding to make us all look as professional as possible.
Why can’t I add my own website to the contact information?
We want PetTech.net to be the source for signing up for Pet CPR, First Aid & Care classes and finding pet professionals in general. By linking directly to your Pet Tech profile page, it makes it super easy for pet parents to find out about you and book a class right away. Just to note, you can add your business and personal web site to your Pet Tech profile.
What is the PetTech.pro link I see on all the products?
We utilize this as a vanity URL to make it easier for your customers to find you and book classes. For example, our Pet Tech profile page is https://pettech.net/members/sebastian-and-max-sindermann which is obviously not very user friendly. It’s much easier to find us at PetTech.pro/SEBandMAX instead.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes, after ordering you will receive an emailed proof to confirm your information is correct within 24 hours. With your approval your order then goes into production.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most products are printed and delivered in 5-7 business days after proof approval. Digital products like eKits are delivered within 24 hours of proof approval.
Can I get my products faster than your 5-7 day turn around?
Absolutely, we know things come down to the wire sometimes and we are happy to help! Please contact us before placing your order, so we can figure out the best combination of rush printing and/or faster shipping.
Why is the per piece cost so much higher for lower quantities on some products like flyers?
When it comes to printing, the most expensive part is getting the project on press. Once it’s running, it’s just a matter of feeding it paper and ink. That’s why the per piece cost goes down so drastically larger quantities.
Can you help with other projects that are for our business that are not Pet Tech related?
